SRD Group operates in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA Rajasthan). Buyers are encouraged to verify project RERA registration numbers before investing.

7. User Responsibilities
